The State Administration for Industry and Commerce promulgated the Interim Measures on Internet Advertising Administration (“Interim Measures”), which will come into effect as of 1st September 2016.
The Interim Measures was made by taking account of the actualities of the internet advertising industry to give details about how to implement the new Advertising Law, set standards for internet advertising activities, protect consumers’ interests and legitimate rights, promote the healthy development of the internet advertising industry, and ensure fair competition and good marketing and economic order. 3. The State Administration for Industry and Commerce Approves the Revised Edition of the Measures for Chattel Mortgage Registration
The State Administration for Industry and Commerce published the revised edition of the Measures for Chattel Mortgage Registration (“Revised Measures”), which will come into effect as of 1st September 2016.
According to the Revised Measures, the registration authority concerned can, at the request of the person(s) or parties involved, change or cancel mortgage on the related chattel according to legal documents or government decision. The Revised Measures further require that an internet-based chattel mortgage registration system with registered information about chattel mortgage kept in electronic files should be established in each local area, in order to register chattel mortgage in electronic ways. 4. China Securities Regulatory Commission Promulgates the Measures for the Administration of Equity Incentive Rules for Listed Companies
On 13th July 2016 China Securities Regulatory Commission promulgated the Measures for the Administration of Equity Incentive Rules for Listed Companies (“Measures”), which will come into effect as of 13th August this year. The general principles of the Measures are to center on information disclosure based on the regulatory principle of easy access and strict regulation, relax control and strengthen supervision, and gradually establish an equity incentive system for listed companies subject to market disciplines in which companies have the discretion to decide.
